To lure unsuspecting victims like me, the BOSS of BIGBOYS PACKERS MOVERS presents a facade of legitimacy by providing all necessary documents to prove his authenticity. However, once the deal is sealed and payments are made, all pretenses vanished. They casually toss your precious belongings into any available transportation truck, devoid of any care or consideration. And just like that, the story comes to an end. If your belongings happen to reach their destination on time, consider yourself extraordinarily lucky. If not, brace yourself for a barrage of empty promises from the elusive BOSS, who will repeatedly assure you of a timely update, but in reality, he remains clueless about the whereabouts of your possessions due to the utter lack of a tracking system.
In my harrowing case, my bike was picked by their people (with ODO reading 34400) to its condition and was delivered in a deplorable state (with ODO reading 34974). They do not have any answer to this excess 574KM. Instead of being carefully packaged, it was simply tied with ropes and carelessly tossed into the truck, leaving it exposed to any potential harm. The result was a heartbreaking sight: both mirrors were broken in pieces, the side stand was broken, the seat clamps shattered so it is now unusable, the headlight rim was damaged, deep scratches on the fuel tank, the handle is bent and beyond recognition, and clutch lever in ruins. To add insult to injury, the indicators were also damaged. They succeeded in rendering my cherished possession utterly destroyed and irreparably damaged. The individual who delivered the bike cowardly abandoned it, directing me to discuss the matter with their elusive BOSS.
I implore you not to be deceived, as I once was, by the fabricated reviews intended to lure innocent customers. BIGBOYS PACKERS MOVERS provides no insurance for your valuable belongings and offers no tracking system to assuage your anxieties about their whereabouts. They charge for their service like other top service providers inspite that the damages cost you heavily. So, the cost we ultimately bear is immeasurable.
